Business debit and credit card
TLDR:
I know you don’t have time to read a whole portfolio, so here’s what matters:
- ChallengeLaunch credit on the business card at lower development cost and time, to collect credit data from real users and then optimize conversion. — Go to section: The opportunity
- My role & scopeDesign the business card request flows, from MVP to growth; guide discovery with the content designer and the UX research team; align and communicate decisions with product, data, engineering, legal and fiscal. — Go to section: Discovery
- ResultsProduct interest sign-up goals met in two weeks instead of the planned month. Conversion up 9.4 p.p. after the flow redesign. — Go to section: In short
- Key decisions & trade-offsShorten the time to launch by simplifying the experience in exchange for development speed, with strategies like starting with clients who already had a debit card and building screens from backend templates. — Go to section: Decisions to go faster
